Missions
1. Leading the business of our office in Brussels and directly reporting to the Managing Director, you will be in charge of:
2. Provide strong leadership to a diverse team (7 people), fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
3. Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
4. Develop and implement the business strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives.
5. Identify new market opportunities and lead efforts to expand the business.
6. Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
7. Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
9. Use market insights to make informed business decisions and adapt strategies as needed.
10. Drive innovation and the development of new products or services to meet evolving customer needs.
11. Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
12. Address customer feedback and concerns, working to continuously improve offerings.
13. Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless operations and alignment with company goals.
14. Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

4. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business development strategies that drive revenue growth.

6. A creative and innovative approach to identifying new opportunities, products, or services.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to various stakeholders.
8. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
9. Be curious and passionate about digital media and new technologies to bring each client to the next level.
10. Client-hunting skills and “can do” attitude.
11. Resilient.
12. At least 5 years of significant experience in digital is required.
