Access Support Advisor Functieomschrijving Als access support advisor ben jij het expert-aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen die de eerstelijns klantendiensten niet kunnen oplossen. Je helpt klanten hun producten snel en vlot te gebruiken door slimme inzet van tools, duidelijke processen en nauwe samenwerking met andere backoffice teams. Je ondersteunt collega’s in klantgerichte afdelingen op een vriendelijke, efficiënte manier en fungeert als een betrouwbare partner voor de contactcenters, retailers en technici – zowel bij Telenet als BASE. Je leert de supportprocessen snel kennen en helpt anderen om ze correct toe te passen. Nieuwe features en producten test je met enthousiasme, en je draagt actief bij aan verbeteringen.
