About the Role
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and charismatic individual who can effectively represent our brand in Brussels. As a Retail Brand Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and upkeep of our flagship store, ensuring that it consistently exudes luxury and elegance.
Key responsibilities include organizing the shop floor and back office space to maximize efficiency, managing deliveries and stock procedures, and planning team schedules to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
You will also be expected to master various procedures, including cash handling, administration, and client service, while maintaining a keen eye on foot traffic and developing innovative ideas to drive sales.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and flexible individual who is fluent in at least three languages, including Dutch, French, and English. As a strong communicator, you will be able to express yourself elegantly and confidently, both in writing and verbally.
In addition to your language skills, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Punctuality, ambition, and a commitment to excellence are essential qualities for this role.
