Moët Hennessy Belux wishes to integrate a Sales Account Representative for the Retail channel in Belgium.

Responsible for a specific region/sub-channel and in close relationship with the retail team and other departments such as Finance, Supply Chain, On-Trade & Marketing, the mission statement is to manage the attributed customers' portfolio and ensure our brands are listed and qualitatively alive in-store. Being the eyes and ears of the company on the field (RSP, promotions, competition, activations) is key.

Main Responsibilities
  • Visit the customers' portfolio following the established coverage plan
  • Ensure the distribution of our brands
  • Implement the central agreements
  • Sell and install promotions following the promotional plan
  • Activate our brands on the shopfloor in a qualitative and premium way
  • Drive internally and externally the MH values (Elegance, Spirit of Conquest, Sharing, Epicureanism, Integrity)
  • Ensure an accurate follow-up of KPIs on Salesforce & reporting
  • Create strong relationships with customers
Qualification, Experience & Skills RequiredEducation
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics
Languages
  • Fluency in Dutch, French & English
Professional Experience & Know-How
  • First experience in Sales/Mass-retail or Specialized retail/Wines & Spirits
