Regional Cloud Director

Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Regional Cloud Director to lead our Hybrid Cloud initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving Region-specific GTM strategies in collaboration with Business Groups (BGs) and Geographical Sales teams.
- Collaborate with BGs and Geo Sales to identify regional and global accounts and develop account-specific Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Drive region-specific GTM strategies in collaboration with BG Accounts and Geo Sales teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in sales leadership for an industry vertical or managing large, global programs or large accounts.
- A proven track record in large-scale cloud transformation programs.
- Business development and revenue growth expertise, including negotiating and managing large, complex deals.
- Good understanding of cloud and digital technologies, including cloud architecture, digital transformation trends, multi-cloud, hybrid cloud environments, and cloud-native technologies.
- Proficiency in business value-focused solutioning involving domain and technology knowledge.
- Stakeholder management skills, including ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Certifications in cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization, cloud security.
- Advanced financial modeling and business case development skills.
- Experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L) for business units.
- Experience working in multicultural environments and managing diverse teams.
