About the Opportunity

Kebony is looking for a highly motivated and analytical Business Development Manager Benelux to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CSO and C-team, contributing to various business areas such as Sales, Marketing, and R&D.

Responsibilities
  1. Account Development: Develop and execute a strategy to identify and acquire new key accounts in the Benelux region, including wood dealers, distributors, landscapers, contractors, and OEMs.
  2. Customer Training: Provide training to customers, distributors, and architects on Kebony products, ensuring they have the necessary sales and marketing tools to promote our products effectively.
  3. Project Management: Manage projects from start to finish, including follow-up with stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and implementing sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  4. Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, providing market insights, assisting R&D with technical requirements, and supporting marketing initiatives in Benelux.
  5. Travel & Industry Events: Participate in local trade fairs, international sales meetings, and frequent travel across the Benelux region to strengthen market presence and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in sales, key account management, business development, and selling high-end products or wood products.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, proven ability to drive new sales, and deliver effective solutions to meet business goals.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
