This role is ideal for a strategic and results-driven professional with extensive expertise in industrial development, industrial participation, offsets, and countertrade arrangements.
- The successful candidate will serve as the local Industrial Development in-country team leader, managing customer relationships in coordination with Business Area leadership across designated countries.
- They will collaborate with Industrial Development, Business Development, and program teams to develop strategic industrial programs that align with corporate objectives.
- The ideal candidate will design and implement strategic initiatives to drive international growth, identifying and activating new business opportunities while solving complex challenges with innovative solutions.
- They will lead cross-corporate Industrial Development coordination, ensuring seamless execution of programs.
- The primary liaison between Business Areas and industrial partners, authorities, businesses, and councils, they will foster strong relationships with key military, academic, and government leaders.
- The selected individual will engage with senior leadership and key decision-makers to advance LM business opportunities.
- They will communicate, coordinate, and align strategies with Business Area Industrial Development leadership, ensuring a unified OneLM approach to business and industrial strategies.
- The chosen candidate will present and advocate Lockheed Martin's industrial initiatives to senior government and industry leaders to secure buy-in and achieve targeted results.
- Ensuring full compliance with corporate policies, legal requirements, and international regulations is essential.
