At Brussels Beer Project, we are seeking a talented Marketing & Communications Director to spearhead our brand's growth and impact. As the future leader of our marketing initiatives, you will be responsible for elevating our brand storytelling, public relations, social media, and event marketing efforts. You will work closely with our teams, including sales, production, operations, and taprooms, to ensure seamless execution and maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate brand storytelling through engaging campaigns and content
  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies in alignment with business goals
  • Lead and coach our Marketing Executive, providing vision and guidance for impactful campaigns
  • Manage creatives and resources effectively to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a track record of coaching and mentoring others. They possess a deep understanding of social media trends, platforms, and engagement strategies, as well as exceptional communication skills in both English and French (Dutch is a plus). With 7-10 years of experience in marketing and communications positions, they are ready to take on new challenges and drive growth for our company.

Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in marketing and communications
  • Strong background in brand storytelling, PR, and digital marketing
  • Data-driven approach with experience in performance marketing and analytics
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, French, and Dutch (preferred)
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing or communications positions
