Job Summary
- Provide administrative support to the development team by organizing meetings, projects, and monitoring progress.
- Arrange courses, training aids, and training means, including classrooms.
- Ensure coordination with the Site Manager for courses using aircraft, scheduling flights under buyer responsibility.
- Write and distribute emails, letters, and record training related to all activities.
- Assist in preparing project documentation and reports.
- Undertake general administration duties such as managing trainees' files, checking and filling EASA and Belgium Defense requested forms.
Requirements
- Ideal one year of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent English and French. An additional language, Spanish and/or German, is a plus.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
