Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our team at Amberes. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute field and channel marketing programs to fuel pipeline growth.
  • Align marketing strategies with the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and activate partner co-marketing initiatives with customers and partners.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts across organic and paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
  • Manage SDR support and ensure diligent lead follow-up with Sales Account Executives.
  • Oversee localization of digital content & assets.
  • Track and optimize marketing performance, providing data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German is required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Minimum of 6+ years in regional field marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS applications.
  • Strong experience in event management, campaign execution & partner marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise in digital marketing (organic & paid). Data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation & CRM tools.
