As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our brand in both local and international markets. This includes developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and ensure consistency across markets.
Key Responsibilities- Crafting the Brand Vision: You will develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for the brand, ensuring seamless implementation across markets.
- Innovate, Inspire & Influence: Bring fresh ideas to market, from concept to launch, engaging stakeholders and driving results.
- Campaign & Omnichannel Magic: Oversee and evaluate marketing campaigns, optimizing based on feedback and results, blending digital trends with traditional marketing.
- Brand Guardian: Protect and nurture the brand identity, ensuring consistency, excitement, and relevance.
- Global Collaboration: Work with international teams, focusing on the Netherlands and Belgium.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Brand Manager, preferably in FMCG.
- Strategic thinking with expertise in product development, omnichannel marketing, and On- and off-trade.
- Fluency in English and Dutch/French.
- An international mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
