Main Duties

  • Optimize operations to reduce vessel downtime.
  • Improve fuel efficiency and expand environmentally friendly solutions.
  • Develop and execute regional strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand services and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and secure long-term agreements.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in subsea, marine, or offshore industries.
  • Strong P&L management, business development, and operational leadership skills.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and managing regional permits.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
