Your Role

">

As an Inside Sales Officer, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and driving sales growth across sectors including food and beverage, cybersecurity, aviation, space, and automotive. Your primary responsibilities will include customer engagement, account management, sales and target achievement, solution provision, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, including phone calls, emails, and team meetings. This will enable you to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their challenges.">
  • You will manage existing accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and work with clients to develop strategies that meet their needs and drive business success.">
  • This role requires a high level of motivation and a proven ability to exceed sales targets and KPIs. You will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.">
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their pain points and provide customized solutions from our portfolio that address their challenges and drive business success.">
  • You will liaise with stakeholders at different levels within client organizations to ensure smooth communication and effective sales cycles.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in certification bodies, particularly with experience in ISO standards, ISO Certification Management Systems, and training systems. You should also have a proven track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
