Customer Relationship Director

The Customer Relationship Director at Fabory is responsible for managing and leading a team of Inside Sales representatives, focusing on building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth. This role requires a seasoned professional with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide exceptional service.
Lead and manage the Inside Sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to enhance their knowledge, skills, and effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, logistics, procurement, and quality, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to optimize sales performance.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A bachelor's degree level education completed.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Inside Sales, preferably in a B2B customer-centric environment.
Experience working in an international organization, with fluency in Dutch, English, and French.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and SAP (plus).
