Job Description

The Customer Relationship Director at Fabory is responsible for managing and leading a team of Inside Sales representatives, focusing on building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth. This role requires a seasoned professional with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide exceptional service.
• Lead and manage the Inside Sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to enhance their knowledge, skills, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, logistics, procurement, and quality, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to optimize sales performance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor's degree level education completed.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Inside Sales, preferably in a B2B customer-centric environment.
• Experience working in an international organization, with fluency in Dutch, English, and French.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and SAP (plus).
