Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Director to drive regional marketing initiatives and fuel pipeline growth. As a key member of the Amberes team, you will work closely with sales teams to execute account-based marketing, executive events, digital campaigns, and partner co-marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute field and channel marketing programs across EMEA.
- Align marketing strategies with the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and activate partner co-marketing initiatives with customers and partners.
- Lead digital marketing efforts across organic and paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
- Manage SDR support and ensure diligent lead follow-up with Sales Account Executives.
- Oversee localization of digital content & assets.
- Track and optimize marketing performance, providing data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Fluency in German is required; additional European languages are a plus.
- Minimum of 6+ years in regional field marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS applications.
- Strong experience in event management, campaign execution & partner marketing.
- Hands-on expertise in digital marketing (organic & paid). Data-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with marketing automation & CRM tools.
