We are seeking a highly motivated Travel Industry Development Executive to join our team and contribute to our success by developing and growing our portfolio of travel agent partners.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and development of existing clients, as well as identifying and assessing their critical needs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site sales calls and maintain regular interactions with clients to set up and develop strong commercial relationships.
  • Analyze client productivity to identify new opportunities for growth and exceed targets set.
  • Develop relationships with key travel agent partners and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in the travel industry, preferably retail.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and working to budgets and targets.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills, as well as analytical and commercial acumen.
