This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in recruitment and talent management to drive business growth and success. As a key member of our HR team, you will develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Your primary focus will be on managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding and integration.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Conduct thorough assessments and interviews to identify top candidates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs
- Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent management, or a related field
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Market-based annual salary around €54,000 depending on experience
