About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Licenses and Qualifications officer on a daily basis, supporting the coordination of application and approval processes.
You will maintain accurate records of personnel qualifications, licenses, and authorizations, ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
- Coordinate individual personal maintenance authorization applications and ensure timely renewals.
- Maintain detailed databases of personnel qualifications, licenses, and authorizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, providing guidance and support as needed.
You will prepare reports and documentation related to license and qualification status, compliance metrics, and safety performance, providing regular updates to management.
In addition, you will assist in organizing and providing training for personnel to maintain and improve their qualifications and safety awareness.
About YouWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred qualifications include experience in an administrative role, strong organizational and time management skills, and a strong interest in aviation regulations.
