We're looking for a highly skilled professional to drive our European growth as VP Commercial Growth & Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly scaling startup and take on a leadership role in shaping our commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executing the European sales strategy and driving revenue growth.
  • Developing strategic partnerships and expanding market share.
  • Leading, coaching, and scaling the sales team.

Commercial Strategy:

  • Defining sales targets and metrics for success.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Streamlining sales and customer success processes.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Mentoring and developing high-performing sales and operations teams.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a B2B leadership role in sales, operations, or general management.
  • A proven track record of driving business growth and scaling revenue in B2B markets.
  • Experience in (3PL) logistics, (food) manufacturing, or material handling equipment is desirable.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (other languages are a plus).
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
