About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Agile coach to work with our Banking client in Brussels. As an Agile Coach, you will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to assess Agile maturity, provide tailored coaching, and help teams navigate challenges to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Coach teams and individuals in Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Organize and conduct Agile training sessions.
- Support leaders in embracing Agile leadership principles.
- Customize Agile frameworks to suit different team environments.
- Contribute to the evolution of Agile practices at both team and enterprise levels.
Requirements:
- Diplomatic, flexible, and a team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English & French OR English & Dutch (both written and spoken).
