European Tech Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth in AI-driven computer vision software for consumer and industrial markets. This role focuses on expanding market share in 3D imaging by converting an existing portfolio into a sustainable business.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Execute Business Plans: Develop and execute business plans, marketing strategies, and pricing models to drive sales growth.
  2. Lead Generation and Sales Forecasting: Drive lead generation, sales forecasting, and deal closure to meet revenue targets.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and manage customer relationships, supporting market research and product roadmaps.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across sales, marketing, and R&D teams to identify growth opportunities and align stakeholders on business strategy.
  5. Contract Negotiations and Stakeholder Alignment: Support contract negotiations and align stakeholders on business strategy to drive growth.
  6. Industry Representation: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to build brand awareness and drive leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ai Computer Vision Software Sales or Business Development Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI computer vision software sales or business development.
  • Industrial Markets Background: Strong background in industrial markets; experience in computer vision preferred.
  • Educational Requirements: B.S. in Electrical Engineering (or similar); MBA is a plus.
  • Embedded Systems Experience: Experience with embedded systems is beneficial.
