We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused International Sales Support Professional to join our team at The CHILLAFISH Company in Antwerp. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for coordinating sales orders, purchase orders, and stock reporting, as well as managing multiple tasks without losing oversight.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines. Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must, as well as experience in international sales support and logistics, although not mandatory.

In this role, you will also be responsible for setting up new international customers, reviewing and monitoring stock levels, following up on container shipments, and generating shipping documents and tracking for timely delivery. You will work closely with the Sales Managers to ensure all actions are delivered on time and to specification.
