Job Description

The Strategy team at KPMG Belgium is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Transformation Lead to expand and build on its current strategy development and commercial experience.

You will be part of a team that advises executive clients in addressing key strategic issues and help them by providing insights and answers on how to position themselves in the market and assist them in what it takes to be successful.

You will need to be able to create content and deliverables in line with the engagement and client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in all phases of projects, from analysis and design to implementation set-up.
  • Couch more junior staff throughout the project lifecycle as required.
  • Develop proposals for new projects with potential or existing clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in (large) Strategic and Performance Transformations.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a project-based environment and have a minimum of 3 years experience in Project Management.
  • Ability to take ownership of work on client engagements and work together in a team to ensure successful delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and work well-structured yet flexible.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (writing and presenting).
  • Ability to foster innovation.
  • Willing to participate in internal organization building initiatives to elevate the team's skills and knowledge based on your experience.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and be a strong team player.
  • Seek feedback and motivate others.
  • Fluent in French and/or Dutch and English.
