We stellen onze knowhow ten dienste van de groothandel en de (banket)bakkerij om hen Belgische producten van ambachtelijke kwaliteit met een onweerstaanbare smaak aan te bieden.
We zijn een dynamische organisatie met een 20-tal medewerkers gekenmerkt door een heel familiale en aangename werksfeer. Dankzij de wil en kracht van ons team kunnen we heerlijke kwaliteitsproducten aanbieden. Momenteel zoeken we voor de verdere professionalisering van ons bedrijf een Operations Manager.
Jouw taken
- Samen met de Business Development Manager draag je de organisatie naar een hoger niveau, sta je in voor de gezamenlijke bedrijfsresultaten en innovatie zowel op vlak van producten als processen.
- Je werkt hierbij ook heel nauw samen met de Quality Manager die toeziet op veiligheid en welzijn van de medewerkers en voedselveiligheid.
- Samen met de Productiemanager en Productie-assistente ga je ervoor zorgen dat de taken van een 20-tal operatoren efficiënt, veilig en juist worden uitgevoerd.
- Je waakt er over dat de bedrijfsmissie en -strategie duidelijk en concreet zijn.
- Met jouw verbeteringesteldheid stel je alles continu in vraag en analyseer je de productieprocessen om deze te optimaliseren.
