Hardware Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our Hardware business unit at Hultafors Group Belgium. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize the sales potential of assigned customer portfolios in line with customer categorization and commercial strategy.
- Customer Partnerships: Establish selected customer partnerships with B2B dealers and leverage their strategic wholesale partner to expand distribution and drive sales.
- Product Education: Educate and train customers and end-users on our premium products, including supporting trade shows.
- Market Insights: Gather insights on market trends, distribution opportunities, competition, and product development opportunities, and share them within the organization.
- Internal Synergies: Leverage internal synergies to strengthen other brands, such as Snickers Workwear, and expand distribution.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the tools industry or construction materials or technical goods.
- Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills to convince customers of the benefits of our products.
- Languages: Fluency in Dutch, English, and French.
- Customer Relationships: Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Technology: Experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within Belgium and the north of France.
