As a highly motivated and experienced Technical Service Manager for EV Charging, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations and monitoring of EV charging services across all parking facilities in Belgium and the Netherlands.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical guidance and support during the installation, testing, and commissioning of EV chargers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Use the CPO platform as a working tool to execute first line analysis & interventions from distance.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to secure necessary materials and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure that all installations meet Interparking's standards and customer expectations.
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management, highlighting key milestones, KPIs (revenue, sessions, ...).
**Requirements**
- A Master's degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical project management, previous experience with electrical installations or EV infrastructure is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and French, with a good command of English.
