Celltrion Healthcare BeLux is seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Sales Executive to join our affiliate of an international fast-growing pharmaceutical company.

This role requires driving business results from negotiated brand portfolios, preparing launches of upcoming hospital biosimilars, and developing strategic customer plans.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding commercial talent and negotiation skills, with a minimum 3 years of sales experience within the pharma industry. They will also have successful hospital sales negotiation experience and wisdom on tendering legislation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving business results from negotiated brand portfolios
  • Preparing launches of upcoming hospital biosimilars in collaboration with our launch lead
  • Developing and executing strategic customer plans
  • Building trusted relations with the customer universe (hospital pharmacists and buying groups)
  • Engaging with customers for negotiation and company ambassadorship
  • Forecasting financial perspectives
  • Monitoring supply chain plans
  • Overlooking and optimizing the tender process
  • Tracking and managing ongoing tender sales results
