Expand your professional network and become a key player in the IT sector with our dynamic team at TN Belgium. As an IT Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for finding and recruiting new partners to increase Odoo's presence worldwide.

The scope of this role is vast, offering endless opportunities for growth and learning. You will engage with resellers, system integrators, ERP integrators, and digital consultancies from across the EMEA region who are interested in adopting Odoo's technology in their solutions portfolio.

Your primary goal as a Partnership Developer is to identify and convince the right IT providers to collaborate with us, sell, and implement Odoo. You will deal with a global pipeline of opportunities and be responsible for the following steps:

  • Sourcing potential partners through different platforms and creating your own network strategy
  • Initiating contact and qualifying potential partners to ensure they match our business model
  • Analyzing and understanding the partner's profile, challenges, pain points, and business needs to determine how we can build a win-win relationship
  • Providing personalized demonstrations of Odoo and negotiating conditions for collaboration

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent business knowledge and analytical skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and outside the box. Fluency in English and Dutch or French is required, along with a strong interest in sales and IT.
