Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Expert to join our Fleet Interventions Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders and external partners. Your expertise will have a direct impact on the reliability, efficiency, and future-readiness of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice and guidance to engineering, work preparation, and suppliers
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to drive cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technical solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
- Engineering background (Mechanical, Electromechanical, Maritime or similar)
- 5+ years of experience in a marine technical environment
- Strong technical and communication skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent English – German is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
