About this role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced E-commerce Manager to join a leading player in the beauty and lifestyle retail sector. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with the company's business goals. This includes leading and managing the e-commerce team, monitoring and improving e-commerce performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure effective campaign execution and inventory management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead and manage the e-commerce team, including team members' development and performance evaluation
- Monitor and improve e-commerce performance metrics, driving data-driven decisions to optimize sales and customer retention
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure effective campaign execution and inventory management
- Enhance user experience (UX/UI) and customer engagement through tailored strategies
- Manage SEO/SEM campaigns, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and customer feedback mechanisms
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, ideally with 5+ years in a similar role
- Sales-oriented mindset, capable of driving performance and optimizing results
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team and foster collaboration across departments
- Fluency in English and French; Dutch is a plus but not mandatory
