Pour un de nos clients, un labo pharmaceutique en pleine croissance, nous recherchons un Digital E-commerce Manager pour renforcer notre présence en ligne et gérer des relations stratégiques avec nos clients e-commerce. Vous serez responsable de l'optimisation de la visibilité et des performances des produits sur les plateformes de vente en ligne. Intéressé(é)? Missions


• Gérer et développer les relations avec les clients e-commerce (pharmacies en ligne et pure players).


• Optimiser les fiches produits et les stratégies SEO pour améliorer la visibilité et le taux de conversion.


• Définir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies commerciales en collaboration avec les équipes marketing et produit.


• Analyser les KPI (mots-clés, classements, conversion) et ajuster les actions en conséquence.


• Assurer une veille concurrentielle et suivre les tendances du marché e-commerce et SEO.


• Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour intégrer les stratégies de mots-clés dans les campagnes et promotions.


• Fournir des rapports de performance et recommander des améliorations pour maximiser les résultats.

Profil recherché


• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en tant que Digital/E-commerce Manager ou dans un poste similaire.


• Forte capacité d'analyse et orientation résultats.


• Bonne maîtrise des plateformes e-commerce et des outils SEO (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).


• Maîtrise du néerlandais et du français, avec un bon niveau d'anglais.


• Esprit orienté client, créatif et capable de résoudre des problèmes.


• Autonome tout en ayant une bonne capacité de travail en équipe.
