For our client, a growing pharma company, we're looking for a Digital E-commerce Manager to strengthen our online presence and manage strategic e-commerce relationships. Responsibilities


• Manage and develop relationships with e-commerce clients (online pharmacies and pure players).


• Optimize product listings and SEO strategies to improve visibility and conversion rates.


• Define and implement commercial strategies in collaboration with marketing and product teams.


• Analyze key performance indicators (keywords, rankings, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.


• Monitor e-commerce and SEO trends, as well as competitor activities.


• Work closely with internal teams to integrate keyword strategies into campaigns and promotions.


• Provide performance reports and recommendations for further optimization.

Profile


• At least 2 years of experience as a Digital/E-commerce Manager or in a similar role.


• Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.


• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).


• Fluent in Dutch and French, with good English proficiency.


• Customer-oriented, creative, and problem-solving mindset.


• Able to work independently but also a strong team player.
