Contract Negotiation Expert

- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts: Subcontracting, alliance, SOWs, MSAs, SaaS, public tenders, etc.
- Provide hands-on pragmatic advice: Interact daily with practitioners on engagement-related and risk management topics, such as business risks, proposals, contract templates, GDPR, proposal review, and more.
- Interact regularly with team members: Coach junior team members and stay abreast of legal and technological developments, including GDPR/SaaS/Cloud/GenAI/DORA/NIS2.
- Assist in QRM training: Develop and deliver contract bootcamps, public sector, and GDPR training.
- Masters degree in Law with at least 5 years of legal and contract counseling experience.
- Fluent in NL/EN (spoken & written) with the ability to draft and negotiate contracts in NL/EN. French is a plus.
- Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
- A curious attitude with a commitment to staying up-to-date on legal trends.
- Autonomous and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
