Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled CISO/ISO Manager to lead our team of security consultants and drive client projects forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of CISO consultants to deliver exceptional services to clients
- Collaborating closely with clients to understand their business objectives, risks, and unique security requirements
- Assessing client security maturity using the ISO or NIST standard, identifying gaps, and areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing fit-for-purpose security programs aligned with industry standards, if required
- Driving client security programs, acting as a security champion, and spreading security awareness
- Conducting risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending mitigation strategies
- Overseeing and supporting the implementation of security programs, including policies, procedures, and controls
- Providing updates on the 'state of security' at clients' companies
- Holding steering committees with relevant stakeholders to guide and adapt security programs, where needed
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Eligibility for NATO CLEARANCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent
- Proven experience in being a CISO and/or successfully implementing ISO 27001 at clients
- In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, NIS-2, GDPR, etc.
- Familiarity with risk management methodologies and their application to cybersecurity
- Quick grasp of complexity and business reasons for a company to perform security, adapting communication style and security program to fit clients' needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Leadership skills to manage a team and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
