Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Expert in Public Sector Talent Management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of experience in selection, assessment, development, and career development for management positions or consultancy services in these fields within an international and multicultural context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, organize, and run Assessment Centers (AC), Skills Gap Analyses (SGA), and multi-source feedback mechanisms.
- Draft individual reports and deliver personalized follow-up sessions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
Requirements:
- A minimum of ten years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in English (at least C1 level) and French (at least B2 level) with certification required.
- Excellent communication skills, time management, stress management, problem solving, and team collaboration.
