We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying new leads, implementing sales strategies, and building relationships with prospects.
As a Sales Growth Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on a new building project in Antwerp, focusing on enhancing sales and growing the membership base within the private office sector.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and qualifying new leads through market research and prospecting activities.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Building strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and promote private offices.
- Managing leads using a Customer Management System (CMS) for accurate reporting and follow-ups.
- Providing regular pipeline reviews and reports to management.
