Job Description

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will have the opportunity to take on a full-time hybrid position as an Area Sales Manager for the Hardware business unit at Hultafors Group Belgium. Based in Antwerp, you will be looking after the Hultafors Tools brand and working closely with internal and external sales teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Portfolio Management: Manage and expand sales activities to maximize the sales potential of assigned customer portfolios.
  2. New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
  • Professional Background: At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the tools industry or construction materials or technical goods.
  • Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills to convince customers of the benefits of our products.
  • Languages: Fluency in Dutch, English, and French.
  • Customer Relationships: Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Technology: Experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within Belgium and the north of France.
