About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced European GEP Commercial Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Crop Sciences business, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and development within the GEP sector in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion within the GEP sector in Europe.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective account management and business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a commercial or business development role within the Crop Sciences or related industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and developing new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the Crop Sciences sector and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • High level of proficiency in English, with French, German or Spanish also highly desirable.
