We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team in Antwerp, Belgium. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and professionalism
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and referrals

You:

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a recruitment or staffing agency
  • Frequent travel to client sites and conferences to build relationships and expand business opportunities
  • Be a self-starter who is capable and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
