We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Antwerp, Belgium. As a key member of our global recruitment firm, you will play a crucial role in developing our business development strategy and building strong relationships with clients.

This is a client-facing role where you will manage and expand existing accounts, meeting clients in person where possible. You'll specialise in the Chemical Engineering market, specifically within the contract recruitment market.

You will have the opportunity to work independently, utilising your skills to develop business opportunities and grow our client base. With an internal delivery team, you have the option to be a 360 Recruiter (and source candidates yourself) or purely focus on Business Development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing our business development strategy
  • Managing and expanding existing client accounts
  • Building strong relationships with clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience within contract recruitment, ideally in Renewables, Engineering or Tech
  • Fluent Dutch and English
  • A self-starter who is capable and comfortable working independently
  • Strong salesperson, who enjoys being client-facing and developing relationships
