As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support the sales and operations team in managing opportunities by sourcing pricing according to our main products. You will provide customer quotes, follow up on bookings, and communicate with customers, agents, and suppliers.
Key responsibilities include direct customer communication, problem-solving, updating offers regularly, and maintaining internal systems with quotes, shipping instructions, and relevant data.
You will also be responsible for informing colleagues in concerned departments accurately and on time. This role offers opportunities to learn and grow into a commercial position.
Requirements:
- Completed studies in logistics or operational knowledge in a freight forwarder role
- Excellent service delivery towards customers and colleagues
- Pro-active attitude and solution-oriented mindset
- PC literacy and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills
