About the Job

Kebony is seeking a Market Development Expert to join our team in the Benelux region.

In this role, you will work closely with the CSO and C-team to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and architects, providing them with training and support to promote Kebony products.
  • Follow up on projects with all stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and implement sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Act as the key interface between customers and internal teams, provide market insights, and support marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, provide weekly reports, and track sales targets and market trends.
Requirements

Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 3 years' experience in sales, key account management, business development, and selling high-end or wood products.
  • Strong sales and relationship management skills, with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Independent and solution-oriented, with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with good MS Office skills and experience with CRM.
