Apheon is a pan-European mid-market private equity investment company that manages assets from global institutional investors and families. It has offices in Brussels, Paris, Munich, Milan, Madrid, Amsterdam, and Luxembourg.

The Apheon Brussels office seeks a temporary Chief Operations Coordinator to support the Benelux Partner and team during maternity leave. This fixed-term position will last 5 to 6 months, starting in April or May.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Circulate and file administrative documents
  • Manage private administration for the Benelux Partner
  • Answer and manage incoming calls
  • Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors
  • Frequent contacts with senior people, including investors, shareholders, C-level individuals, board members, and advisors
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels and in all regions

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Office Management, Multilingual Business Communication, or Languages, with 2-3 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Perfect knowledge of Dutch and English, with French being a plus
