Job Overview:
Vivid Resourcing is a leading provider of sales solutions, and we are currently seeking an Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Develop and execute customized sales plans to meet client needs and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales success in a hi-tech industry, preferably software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English; proficiency in French is highly desirable.
- Results-oriented with a passion for over-achieving sales targets.
