As an Aviation Technical Expert at Air Belgium, you will play a key role in ensuring the continuing airworthiness and operational reliability of the airline's aircraft structures. This position involves analyzing airworthiness data, implementing regulatory compliance, and improving technical standards to enhance safety and operational performance.
Main Activities:- Provide technical support to the Technical Management team in meeting Continuing Airworthiness requirements, focusing on aircraft structures.
- Analyze incoming airworthiness data, including Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and other technical documentation, to assess relevance and applicability to Air Belgium's operations.
Structural Modifications and Compliance
- Evaluate the applicability and compliance of aircraft ADs, prepare related engineering orders, task cards, and materials.
- Investigate potential structural modifications, propose solutions, and handle all related documentation and tasks (engineering orders, task cards, materials).
Airworthiness Data Analysis and Trend Identification
- Maintain up-to-date records of modification status and control the structural Modifications Binders.
- Identify, analyze, and implement corrective actions for any issues found through the reliability process.
