Job Description:
The role of an AI Solutions Consultant involves developing new business by proactively identifying new leads and customer needs for AI consultants. This includes cold-calling, monitoring of industry bulletin boards, job boards, and social media. You will also be responsible for managing client relationships by keeping close tabs on what's happening in the industry and where new opportunities arise for presenting our AI consultants.
Additionally, you will identify talent by using creative means to get in front of our target candidate pool, including but not limited to talent mapping, social media, job boards & career sites, networking events, referrals, extensive direct sourcing, and many coffee meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing new business by proactively identifying new leads and customer needs for AI consultants.
- Managing client relationships by keeping close tabs on what's happening in the industry.
- Identifying talent by using creative means to get in front of our target candidate pool.
- Supporting recruitment peers in pre-screening and assessing new candidates on the phone during busy times.
- Advising clients and candidates on open positions, interviewing abilities, general interview best practice, and specific tips and techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment or consulting industry, preferably in the tech industry (AI is a plus).
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
- Strong interviewing skills and ability to identify candidates' potential.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
