Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to shape our sales culture and strategy. As the Sales Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead a dynamic sales team and drive revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, refining, and implementing sales strategies to engage prospects, overseeing the full sales funnel, and mentoring SDRs and AEs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, refine, and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and engage prospects.
  • Oversee the full sales funnel and work with the team to build a scalable multi-channel pipeline ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Mentor SDRs and AEs, refining their approach, improving their sales techniques, and helping them reach their targets.
  • Define clear performance metrics, track progress, and ensure your team meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Bridge Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging, optimize campaigns, and ensure a seamless lead handover.
  • Data-Driven Sales Execution: Collaborate with our data engineer to translate insights into actionable sales strategies and follow up on high-potential leads.
  • Experiment & Optimize: Test and refine different sales approaches, channels, and messaging to identify the most effective tactics.

Requirements

  • 3-10 years of experience in a sales- or account management role and preferably experience with leading a team.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, including lead generation, outbound sales, deal execution, and account management.
  • Strong ability to coach and motivate a diverse sales team.
  • Strong understanding of sales development tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Clay, Common Room, …).
  • Creativity in developing and executing creative outbound strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Fluency in English is required.
