This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing climate tech start-up located in the heart of Brussels. Our team is passionate about accelerating the global transition to a sustainable future, and we're looking for a talented leader to help us achieve this mission.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in climate change and sustainability, with expertise in understanding and reducing emissions. They will also possess excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in international expansion and operational process optimization.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute Tapio's operational strategy, aligning with the overall objectives of business growth, international expansion, and sales through partners.
- Engage with market dynamics and sustainability industry trends to optimize service offerings and expand into new markets.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to prioritize features, enhance offerings, and ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
- Serve as a thought leader on climate-related topics, providing expert guidance and insights to clients and partners.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership and operational role.
- Strong communication skills in French, Dutch, and English.
- Proven track record in leading and scaling teams, particularly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in international expansion and operational process optimization.
