Functieomschrijving

Jouw rol bestaat uit:

  • Het ontvangen van aanvragen van klanten via telefoon, post of internet
  • Het verzamelen van informatie over de dekking en de betrokken omstandigheden van een schadegeval
  • Het onderzoeken van de verzekerbaarheid van onze klanten
  • Het accepteren of weigeren van een derdebetalersregeling ten voordele van onze klanten
  • Het opvolgen van de interne of externe communicatie

U bent verantwoordelijk voor het verzorgen van goede service aan onze klanten en voor het naleven van onze procedures en reglementen.

Vereiste kennis en vaardigheden

We zoeken iemand met:

  • Tweetalig FR/NL, kennis van het Engels en/of Duits is een plus
  • Een eerste ervaring in de verzekeringssector
  • Kennis van het socialezekerheidssysteem en de gezondheidszorg in België
  • ervaerde gevoeligheid en communicatieve skills
