The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and be well-versed in fire safety regulations. As the Managing Director of Fire Safe Europe, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Fire Safe Europe Program.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Board of Directors meetings, Core Team meetings, Task Forces meetings, and Members Assembly
- Represent Fire Safe Europe internally and externally under Board mandate
- Be the face of FSEU in the European arena and provide strong advocacy to key stakeholders
- Ensure effective communication with key European stakeholders
Program Coordination and Communication:
- Implement FSEU strategy, develop annual program, and supporting actions/projects
- Propose annual updates to FSEU Program according to changing environment and evolutions
- Support FSEU Task Force Members and National Ambassadors to develop, implement, and report on their respective actions
- Identify needs, develop, and optimize tools and structures to improve coordination and implementation of the FSEU programme
- Propose and coordinate FSEU's communication plan
Association Administration:
- Propose FSEU annual program and budget to the Board of Directors
- Coordinate FSEU annual working calendar
- Prepare and minute Board of Directors meetings and Members Assembly
- Represent FSEU to various stakeholders and media under Board mandate
- Implement decisions of FSEU's Managing bodies and coordinate working structures
- Chair Core Team
- Provide general support, advice, and guidance to FSEU's Managing and working structures
- Plan and ensure delivery of projects and reporting their performance
- Delegate tasks to FSEU secretariat and external partners/suppliers
- Manage FSEU secretariat team and report performance
